PEI is nature's playground!  The island provides an abundance of vistas and photographic opportunities.  In June the lupins in full blossom with backdrops of planted potato fields, or seasides and red cliffs you can capture the colour of nature at its finest.  Seasides and wharfs are another favourite with the fishing boats and busy marinas.   Red fox are plentiful on the island and sometimes cooperate with a pose now and again.  Eagles, shorebirds and waterfowl are also abundant and accessible to photograph or just enjoy. And of coarse landscapes of rolling hills, farmlands and in the fall the glorious colour of the maples.

PEI has numerous activity opportunities.  Enjoy restful activities like relaxing on a beach, searching for sea glass or starfish.  Go for long walks on a quiet beach or walk the Dunes Trail at Greenwich.  there are many trails on the island including the confederation trail that can take you tip to tip on your cycle or on a snow sled in the winter.  Many experiential operators with take you fishing, or clam digging, boat tours, and many other activities.  Don't forget all the artisan shops with paintings, jewelry, and crafts.
